Free Delivery, Setup, and Introduction
We believe individualized attention to each customer is the best way we can positively set ourselves apart from our competitors. Every custom computer from SGH includes free local delivery, setup, and an introduction to your new PC. An SGH technician will deliver your computer at a time that fits into your schedule, get the PC setup and running, and go over the basics so you will be comfortable and knowledgeable about your new system from the very start. This guided introduction also helps reduce possible support issues in the future, since knowledgeable customers are less likely to make troublesome mistakes.

For customers outside of our local service radius, experienced users, or those who can not find the time to meet with a SGH technician, shipping prices are at cost using the most efficient carrier. While we can not provide setup and a face-to-face introduction to customers who are not local, we still offer an introduction to your PC over the phone or via e-mail.

 

Terms:
An SGH technician may spend up to 30 minutes during setup and introduction. Additional time with technician is available at the regular Onsite Technical Support price. To maximize your time with a technician, be sure to have ready a clean and open space for the computer setup, and try to set aside a full 30 minutes of your time.
